3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating a candidate or employer account, and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profile information.
• Do not use the platform to collect candidate or employer data for purposes outside the normal hiring process.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform or its underlying systems.
• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including discriminatory hiring practices.

5. Job Postings & Applications

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job postings. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of the information in their profiles and applications. HeadOnRecruit does not guarantee employment outcomes, candidate quality, or the accuracy of any listing or profile.

6. Fees & Payments

Certain features require payment, as described on our Candidate Pricing and employer subscription pages. All fees are billed in accordance with the plan selected at checkout. See our Return & Refund Policy for details on refunds.

7. Intellectual Property

The HeadOnRecruit name, logo, and platform design are our property or that of our licensors. Content you submit (such as your profile or job postings) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display and use it as needed to operate the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. See our full Disclaimer for more detail.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeadOnRecruit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including hiring decisions, job outcomes, or third-party conduct.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which HeadOnRecruit operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
