Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope of This Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to paid plans purchased on HeadOnRecruit, including candidate premium features (see Candidate Pricing) and employer job-posting subscriptions (see your Subscription page).

2. Free Features

Creating a candidate profile, browsing and applying to jobs, and posting a basic job listing are free. Refunds do not apply to any feature that was never a paid purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility

If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the paid feature has not been substantially used - for example, a featured job listing that has not yet gone live, or a premium candidate feature that has not yet been activated.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• A job listing that has already been published and has received applicant activity.
• Premium candidate visibility that has already been active and viewed by employers.
• Requests made after the 7-day window described above.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

5. Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel an ongoing subscription at any time from your dashboard's subscription settings. Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period unless you qualify under the eligibility terms above.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team with your account email and the plan you purchased. We aim to review and respond to refund requests within a few business days.
